Since 2000, programming has been expanded to include: intensive case management services; tobacco dependence treatment including an alternative to suspension program; and educational programming for parents and coaches wishing to promote values of cooperation, communication, tolerance and resiliency in sports. To support program expansion, the Institute has reorganized and expanded staffing to include over 25 professionals
In order to sustain 100% grant funding, stemming from private, state and federal dollars, the Institute has hired a marketing manager, medical director and top researcher to ensure best practice and only the highest standards in clinical practice.
Currently, the Institute maintains over $1.5M in funding and offers 15 different programs throughout the State of New Jersey.
