What services will the Tobacco Dependence Treatment Program provide for me?

The Saint Barnabas Behavioral Health Network INSTITUTE FOR PREVENTION will provide a comprehensive Tobacco Dependence Treatment Program including, but not limited to, the following:

• ASSESSMENT
  — Stages of Change Readiness
  — Nicotine Dependence Evaluation
  
  
• BEHAVIORAL THERAPY
  — Individual
  — Group
  — Family
  
  
• PHARMACOTHERAPY
  — Nicotine Replacement Therapy
         Patch
         Gum
         Inhaler (Rx)
         Nasal Spray (Rx)
         Bupropion (Rx)

The cost of the program is $15 per session.
