Connie Greene has over 25 years of experience in the field
of Prevention and Treatment of addictions. She is the Director
for Barnabas Health Behavioral Health Network, Institute
for Prevention. Connie has been instrumental in obtaining
numerous grants, which provide services to “at risk” populations
in schools and social service agencies throughout the state.
In addition, her responsibilities include both training and
consultation services to schools, hospitals agencies, alliances
and business organizations.
Connie is often called upon to be a keynote speaker and
presenter at conferences and in-service training programs.
Some of her areas of expertise include; Conflict Resolution,
Anger Management, Section 504, Intervention and Referral
Services, Support Groups, Classroom Management, as well as
Drug, Alcohol and Tobacco Education and Intervention.
Connie also serves on the faculty of Rutgers School of Alcohol
and Drug Studies.
Tracy Gross is currently the Director of Barnabas Health Institute for Prevention. Her responsibilities include managing all Institute grants including researching new growth opportunities, grant writing, marketing the programs to corporations and schools; and promoting all Institute programs throughout New Jersey. Prior to joining Barnabas Health Institute for Prevention, she spent 15 years in business development roles at financial services firms such as Merrill Lynch, Thomson Financial and PR Newswire. She also spent several years in the recruiting industry, most recently heading up College Recruiting for the Global Private Client Division at Merrill Lynch. She received her B.A. in Communications and English from Rutgers University. Tracy completed a Certificate in Non-Profit Management and currently serves as the Chairperson of the Monmouth County Professional Advisory Committee, Monmouth County Board of Mental Health and Addiction Services.
Michele Buldo has over eight years of experience in the
Finance field. She is also the Finance Coordinator for the
Institute for Prevention, a division of the Saint Barnabas
Health Care System. Michele received her Bachelors of Science
Degree in Business at Montclair State University in 2000.
She is currently taking classes towards a Masters of Administrative
Science degree at Farleigh Dickinson. She started her career
at Pirelli Cable as an Administrative Assistant/Cash Administrator
for the Treasury Department. She joined the Institute for
Prevention in 2002.
Colleen Verriest is currently Barnabas Health Institute for Prevention's Clinical Director and also coordinates Project TALK in Asbury Park, NJ. She earned a bachelor's degree in English and Psychology from Rutgers University and a master's degree in Social Work, with a concentration on clinical practice with children and families, from New York University. Colleen launched her career in prevention more than 10 years ago with the implementation of a violence prevention/conflict resolution program for second grade students in high risk school districts in New Jersey. She has also been in direct practice with children and families for more than 11 years.
